Larry Kutt CEO / Founder
Larry Kutt is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Prevenex and the Founder of Colorado Altitude Training where he has been leading the forefront of oxygen controlled environments for the last 15 years. He is also co-founder of the School for Entrepreneurship at Metro State University in Denver where he served on the board and faculty. Mr. Kutt was nominated for Inc.’s Entrepreneur of the Year award in 1989, and was a semi-finalist for Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2005 and again in 2006. Larry is a graduate of Indiana University.
Shaun Wallace Head Engineer
Shaun Wallace is Prevenex’s Altitude guru and a pioneer of creating modified oxygen environments, with hands-on experience dating back to the late ’90’s when he designed and produced alternatives to low-pressure chambers for the altitude-simulation industry. Shaun has been able to successfully design systems for unique applications such as the Star-Spangled Banner project at the Smithsonian Institution and is the Primary Investigator for ongoing development work commissioned by the US Navy. His interest in modified-oxygen systems and first-hand experience began as an Olympic cyclist, competing in two Olympic Games and three Commonwealth Games. Shaun received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nottingham University.
James Hayward Operations Manager
James Hayward, Operations Manager, has been installing and streamlining Prevenex and Colorado Altitude Training systems for over 7 years. With a broad background ranging from construction to aerospace mechanics, James has the multi-disciplinary skill set to ensure Prevenex’s installs fit the environment no matter their unique challenges. James is an avid hiker and sportsman. He has his Bachelor’s in biology from CAL POLY, San Louis Obispo.
